Conceived as “Hotel City Vilas Palace”, the five-star hotel complex for AP Residency Pvt. Ltd. occupies 22,990 sq yd along NH-22 at Village Kakru, Ambala. Its sandstone-toned façades draw on the region’s palace architecture — arched windows, chhatris and jharokhas composed into a calm, symmetrical frontage.
The campus master plan organises arrival, parking for cars and buses, a party lawn, kiosks, a canteen, administrative offices, a swimming pool and two multipurpose halls — the larger measuring over 10,000 sq ft — together with the complete engineering backbone of fire tanks, sub-station, DG sets and services.
